What are the legal requirements for the Done in a Day Guardianship Plan?The legal requirements for guardianship planning vary depending on the state or jurisdiction where you live. However, some common requirements include the completion of a written document outlining the terms of the guardianship, the signatures of the child's parents or legal guardians, and signature of witnesses and/or a notary public. You acknowledge that the documents included in the Offer need to be executed in compliance with the laws, rules and regulations of your individual state. How long does it take to establish a Done in a Day Guardianship Plan?The documents in this plan will be provided to you within 48 hours of your accepted payment and completed questionnaire. The guardianship documents will still need to be executed by you. You will need to have two independent witnesses and a notary sign off on your signatures before the documents are executed. You acknowledge that the documents included in the Offer need to be executed in compliance with the laws, rules and regulations of your individual state. It is your responsibility to confirm with an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction that the provided documents conform to your state's laws, rules and regulations. For temporary or emergency guardians, it is advisable to choose someone who resides nearby, whereas permanent guardians can live in any location, provided their appointment aligns with the child's best interests.
